User Setting Tool Rental Agreement and Terms
FEE: You will be charged an up-front fee of $400.00. Upon return of the User Setting Tool (UST), you will be refunded $250.00. Your total cost upon return of the UST is $150.00. This price includes any available maps for the model of your choice.
RENTAL TERMS: You will be renting the UST for 14 days from the date of delivery. You agree and are responsible to return the UST and all associated packaging in good condition, free of damage, within 14 days of delivery. Failure to return UST after the 14th day, will result in a late fee of $10.00 per day (calculated based on the UPS tracking information from the return label). This late fee will be deducted from the refund due for the rental of the UST. Damage to, destruction of, or failure to return the UST will result in the full charge of $400.00 as liquidated damages.
SHIPPING: UST will be shipped via UPS with a return label at no extra cost. UST and related items should be packaged and returned in the same box provided. Do not discard shipping box. UST will be shipped to the address on the PayPal account. UST is shipped ONLY within the continental United States.
